关于举办酒店系第一届服务技能大赛的通知

为贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神,落实《“十四五”旅游业发展规划》部署,培养技能型应用型人才,促进酒店教育高质量发展,提升酒店教育支撑文旅产业发展的力度,我系将于202237日——2022320日举办第一届服务技能大赛,本次赛作为“云驴通杯”第十三届全国旅游院校服务技能(饭店服务)大赛校内选拔赛现将有关事宜通知如下:

一、比赛内容

本次大赛分为英语能力测试和实操考核,实操考核分为三个赛项,每人限报1项。

(一)英语能力测试

英语能力测试主要考察选手的基本英语语感和口语表达能力。考察内容为附件一中的五段对话,选手与评委进行现场。英语能力测试时间约2分钟,满分为100分。

(二)实操考核

1.中餐宴会摆台比赛

中餐宴会摆台主要考察选手操作的熟练性规范性美观性创新性考察要点包括仪容仪表、礼仪展示中餐摆台斟酒等满分100

2.西餐宴会摆台比赛

西餐宴会摆台主要考察选手操作的熟练性规范性美观性创新性考察要点包括仪容仪表、礼仪展示西餐摆台斟酒等满分100

3.中式铺床比赛

中式铺床主要考察选手操作的熟练性规范性、创意性考察要点为仪容仪表、礼仪展示、中式铺床流程满分100

每位选手的最终成绩为上述(一)、(二)项之和,满分100分。分值比例具体如下:

个人总成绩=英语能力测试成绩*30%+实操成绩*70%

二、参赛对象

酒店系全体学生

三、时间安排

(一)报名阶段(202233——202236日)

报名学生以填写班级群内的在线表格的方式报名,并选择实操考核项目。

(二)初选阶段:(202237日——2022314日)

参赛选手集中进行英语能力测试,后按参赛项目前往指定实训室参加实操考核,评委现场打分,个人总成绩按名次排列,根据名次确定进入决赛的选手。

(三)决赛阶段:(2022318日)

决赛流程与上述(二)阶段一致,个人总成绩按名次排列

当选手最终成绩相同时,根据现场操作——英语测试的得分顺序,由高到低排名。

决赛每个项目设一三等奖其中一等奖1二等奖2三等奖3

表现优异的比赛选手,将作为酒店系代表参加“云驴通杯”第十三届全国旅游院校服务技能(饭店服务)大赛。
